TechTacToe is a tech news and culture podcast covering the biggest conversations in AI, startups, design, apps, internet culture, and digital trends. We're building something we believe in and we're looking for someone who’s excited by that.
We’re hiring a Social Media Manager who understands how to turn conversations into engaging, platform-native content that people actually stop scrolling for.
🖥️ The Main Role
Great content doesn’t just get listened to. It gets shared, talked about, and remembered. Your job is to make TechTacToe the tech podcast people actually reference.
📝 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Owning the entire social content process end to end - from planning to delivery - with high‑quality content that feels intentional and aligned to brand direction/tone
- Managing the cross-posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
- Converting podcast episodes into engaging short-form content: clips, reels, carousels, and static posts
- Writing captions, hooks, and social copy that drive engagement
- Staying on top of tech news, trends, and viral formats. Plus creating ideas proactively, not when prompted
- Maintaining a consistent content calendar with 3-6 posts per week across platforms, alongside bi-weekly episode launches
- Tracking performance and using it to inform content decisions and growth
🙋🏽♀️ What We're Looking For
- Experience managing content for a podcast, media brand, creator, or tech brand
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and how to make content work natively on each platform
- A genuine feel for internet culture and what makes content stop the scroll
- Strong visual design and content instincts with the ability to explore multiple creative directions
- Organised, proactive communicator, responsive and reliable
- Someone who takes ownership with ease, implements feedback and responds professionally. If you need to be told what to post, this role is not the right fit
- Strong value of quality and strategic thinking over low-effort content output
